RECOVERY PERIOD AFTER LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION SURGERY

It is seen that pain in patients is dramatically healed after lumbar disc herniation surgery. For example, pain of a patient with pain and numbness in the left leg passes as soon as she/he is operated. The patient can walk 6 hours after the operation and can be discharged on the same day. The skin incision is 1-1.5cm wide in the microsurgical method and there is no need for removing sutures because they are aesthetic sutures.Patients who have desk job or do not work in heavy jobs can return to their jobs after 1 week. Patients who work in jobs that require more effort can return to their jobs in 10 days.
